Release of liability and waiver Contact
Please note that this is a binding contact. By signing this contract, you give up
the right to sue for any loss, damage , or injury(including death) howsoever caused.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in a chater vessel excursion, I,
the Participant, for myself, my estate, heirs, family, administrators, executors, and
assingns, HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Concierge Boat and Yachts Reantals LLC,
North Bay Inn, their employees, representatives, agents, and vessels (collectively
called the «RELEASES*) from all liability and responsiblity whatsoever for all losses,
damages, claims, or causes of action, that I, my estate, heirs, administrators,
family, executors, or assing may have for any loss, illness, personal injury, death, or
property damage arising out of, connected with, or in any way releated to my participation
in a charter vessel excursion, whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASE or
otherwise.
